Eligibility
You may request a return for sealed, unused products in original packaging within fourteen calendar days of delivery, unless a longer period is required by mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.
Geography, customs, and shipping
Return eligibility and refund methods may depend on where the order was shipped. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import restrictions that are your responsibility and may affect whether a return is practical. If regulations in your country prohibit import or resale of dietary supplements, we may be unable to accept a return or may need additional documentation.
Non-returnable items
Opened food supplements may be excluded for health and safety reasons unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Digital goods and services are not returnable once delivered.
How to start a return
Contact us using the identifiers listed on the site with your order reference, a description of the issue, and photographs if the shipment arrived damaged. We will provide a return authorization and address.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Shipping costs
Unless otherwise required by law, you are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or not as described.
